Full Renovation and Space Redistribution in Residential Unit

Planning and execution of a complete renovation for a 90m² apartment. The main goal was to improve natural light and optimise the use of space. Partition walls were demolished to merge the living room and kitchen into a modern open-plan concept, including a full overhaul of the plumbing and electrical installations, installation of high-quality porcelain flooring, and replacement of exterior joinery with high energy-efficiency enclosures.
Kitchen Modernisation with Central Island

Complete transformation of an outdated kitchen into a highly functional space. We designed an optimised L-shaped layout with a central island serving as both a preparation area and a breakfast bar. The project used cabinetry with fingerprint-resistant finishes in neutral tones, high-resistance worktops, and full integration of the latest generation appliances.
Roof Waterproofing and Façade Rehabilitation

Advanced technical treatment to resolve water infiltration and damp problems in the building envelope. The work included surface repair, crack sealing, and application of a technical waterproofing system with a highly durable elastic coating, ensuring full protection against adverse weather conditions.
